Asos Christmas returns

“We’ve extended our Returns Policy for Christmas 2019. Orders placed from 01 November 2019 – 24 December 2019 can be returned up until 31 January 2020, for a full refund back to your original payment method.”

Boots Christmas returns

There’s nothing about Christmas on the Boots site at time of writing. It looks like a standard 35/28 day returns policy applies.

“You can return any unwanted items free of charge within 35* days for a refund or replacement. We are only able to offer a replacement if the item is in stock. We are unable to exchange items.

If you change your mind about an unused item you’ve bought in the last 35 days, simply return it in its packaging. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged. If the item was faulty or damaged when delivered or collected from store, an exchange or refund will be offered.”

Carphone Warehouse Christmas returns

“Customers purchasing selected products* between 30th October and 24th December 2019 are able to return or exchange purchases up to and including Sunday 14th January 2020, or within 21 days of your original purchase, whichever is later.”

Currys Christmas returns

“At Christmas time for added peace of mind, you can return your product until Tuesday 14th January 2020 if purchased between Wednesday 30th October and Tuesday 24th December 2019.”

Debenhams Christmas returns

“Items purchased between Thursday 24th October 2019 and Monday 24th December 2019, can be returned until 31st January 2020.”

House of Fraser Christmas returns

The item(s) must be in a sellable condition and a returns form should be enclosed in your parcel. For hygiene reasons, underwear, hosiery, pierced jewellery and beauty products cannot be returned.”

John Lewis Christmas returns

“We’ve extended our usual limit for returns just for the festive season. Any gift bought between 21 October and 24 December can be returned up until 28 January, if it’s unwanted or unsuitable. Please ask for a gift receipt in store so that the recipient can also return the present.”

“Purchases made between 1st of October and 24th December can be returned with receipt up until and including 14th January for a refund or exchange.”

Next Christmas returns

There’s nothing obvious on the website but Lovemoney says it’s the shortest return time with a small extention to 06 January 2020.

River Island Christmas returns

“Returning an unworn Christmas gift after 28 days? Don’t worry, we’re happy to offer an exchange or Refund Card until 14th January. Don’t forget to bring your receipt or gift receipt with you to receive an exchange or Refund Card at the original purchase price. This will not affect your statutory rights.”

Sainsburys Christmas returns

“There’s nothing on Sainsburys’s site yet bar the standard 30-day refund terms.”

Superdrug Christmas returns

“We will be extending our usual returns policy below for customers who have purchased gifts in the lead up to Christmas.
