We believe it’s just as important to evolve as resolve, so we’ll continue to keep on tweaking and updating the site to reflect your suggestions and requests. So keep them coming.
So far this year, we’ve seen an absolute explosion in complaints – in fact, we reckon we’ll receive about 1.4m new cases in 2017. But what matters to us is your individual complaint – and getting it sorted out. That’s why we’re working with businesses as diverse as pet shops and pension providers to help get your complaint resolved as quickly and effectively as possible.
Resolver now has over 830,000 unique registered users and by our best estimate, we’ve managed to help them get around £400m in redress over the last two years. But there’s still loads more to do. Don’t give up if you can’t find a specific business listed on the website, we can get still potentially help.
