contributor Jasper Griegson was on ITV breakfast news show Good Morning Britain yesterday (21/10/14), extolling the virtues of using Resolver to complain.
Jasper, who provides us with a regular dollop of complaining advice in the form of his ‘Tip of the Week’ contributions (see the full list of complaining tips so far here
), was on the ITV sofas talking about a recent Which? survey
. The results of this found that 25% of online shoppers experienced delivery issues with their goods.
Jasper’s response? Complain, of course. But don’t waste too much time on it or get stressed about it – which is why he recommends Resolver as a great way to take the hassle out of complaining!
