The Government has suspended all franchise agreements for train operators.
They’ve done this to keep the trains running for key workers and other essential travel. They’ve said that no other passengers should travel.
Services will be reduced from today.
If you’ve got a season ticket you want refunded, you should contact your normal rail operator.
