eSAP Action Plan

resolver is joining the WRAP eSAP Programme to help consumers work out what to do with electronic goods when something goes wrong.

The Electrical and Electronic Equipment Sustainability Action Plan (eSAP) is the collaborative framework for sharing evidence and implementing sector-wide actions to improve business efficiency and the sustainability of electrical and electronic products.  

For resolver this is about helping consumers when something goes wrong with what are their options to return the product to the retailer to get a refund, or if outside of warranty how to mend/get it fixed and if this cannot be done then what are the alternatives. 

The programme will commence in the Autumn but resolver can committed its involvement to WRAP as we believe it will help the consumer, the environment and retailers to resolve returns.
