Christmas shopping calendar 2020: extended returns

Gifting at Christmas may be very different for a lot of us this year. Many of us will be sending presents directly to our loved ones this year, and some of us will have been buying gifts already to make sure they arrive on time.
But the countdown has now started and with it the announcement from many shops that you’ll get longer to return items bought over the festive period – or earlier. We’ve looked at the shops that have had the most complaints about returns and refunds through Resolver over the past year and put together this guide of their extended returns policies. All in one place – so you don’t have to look them up.
The top 40 complained shops and their extended policies are listed below in alphabetical order.
