(27/1015) We pitch in for entrepreneurial small business contest… and meet new friends such as freebie site Latest Free Stuff
At Resolver.co.uk, we’re on a mission to make complaining quick and easy for millions. That means we want to get as many people knowing about our product as possible.
Which is why we’ve entered The Pitch 2015, the UK’s biggest small business competition. We even got through to the semi-final, where we had the chance to pitch ourselves to the assembled ranks of entrepreneurs and small businesses and spread the word about Resolver. All in just 90 seconds.
Which is quite a challenge, but it must have won over Deepak Tailor, founder of LatestFreeStuff.co.uk, as he was was sufficiently convinced to pop a link to us on his site.
And being a free service, we reckon we fit quite nicely in with the tone of Latest Free Stuff. The website’s team spend their time on the hut for freebies given away by UK companies as a promotion or part of an advertising campaign.
At the time of writing this blog, they have over 600 active freebies running on their website, with everything from free baby nappies to free tea bags.
And, just as at Resolver, independence and honesty is at the core of what LatestFreeStuff does. As they say on their own site they “only list genuine freebies that have been independently verified and are helpful to the whole community. We NEVER post SPAM offers that are designed to steal your details or pass them onto third parties. We hate those websites!”
We couldn’t agree more, folks!
