Paul Lewis tweets about Resolver

(31/08/2014) Today Paul Lewis from Radio 4 Moneybox tweeted about Resolver and recommended Resolver for helping to resolve issues with Scottish Power.

Scottish Power are taking longer than usual to deal with customer communications at the moment they have explained to resolver that they are experiencing higher complaints loads than normal at the moment.  Ombudsman Services have said this is happening across the entire energy industry.
