If you’ve bought a Giffgaff “goodybag” bundle, check your bills!

You may have been overcharged.

Giffgaff has been fined by regulator Ofcom after it made billing mistakes with “goodybag” bundles (made up of voice and text minutes alongside data) that customers bought using pre-paid credit.

A delay in Giffgaff applying the bundle to buyers’ accounts meant that any voice calls made or data used may have come out of their pre-paid credit, meaning customers were charged twice.

Giffgaff has already done a great job in refunding over £2m to affected customers, but there are still customers who’ve yet to receive a refund.

If you think you’re still due a refund, you can contact GiffGaff via Resolver!
