Coronavirus – British Airways suspends all flights to mainland China

British Airways has suspended all flights to and from Beijing and Shanghai. Here’s what you can do if you’re affected.

Flights are grounded while BA assesses the situation.

If you’re flying to Hong Kong, your flight will not be affected. 

What are your rights?

Rebooking

If you’re flying between now and 23 February 2020, you can rebook on to another BA flight.

This includes any connecting flights operated by BA.

You’ll have to book the same cabin class as the original flights.

Refunds

If you’re flying between now and 23 February 2020, you can request a refund.
