Broadband customer service – what’s been your experience?

Without perhaps even realising it, we are more dependent on our broadband connection than ever regardless of the events of the past 18 months. But what customer service have you received from your broadband provider? Take part in our latest survey to give us your views.

Resolver wants to know what your experience of customer service with your broadband provider has been. Have you had cause to contact your broadband provider – and if so, what about? How were you dealt with? And how quickly was your query resolved? 

What’s your customer experience with your broadband provider?

We’re keen to hear about all your experiences of customer service; from raising perhaps basic queries such as contact detail changes, checking out your options when it comes to renewing your contract or raising a complaint if you’ve perhaps had issues with speed, connection or outages. So we’d really appreciate you taking no more than five minutes to give us your views on your broadband provider and the customer service experience.
